Responsibility

"A duty which becomes a desire will automatically becomes a delight"

Individuals with good character accepts their responsibilities.They take their decisions on their own and give direction to their lives. They live their lives on their own conditions and desires. They do not allow anyone to influence their lives. They do not care what other people think about them. They are only dedicated towards their goals and ultimately they achieve what they are aiming at.
They accept their responsibilities. Though, it is very dangerous at some instances of time as they have to be answerable which would sometimes leads to be very problematic for them.
Most of the people want to be in their comfort zone. They do not want to push their limits and try for something new. They usually wait for something to happen, unlike the successful and responsible fellows, who keep on try something new, in order to achieve something. Such people never stop after achieving something.

Accepting Responsibilities does not simply mean to take any random decision without any thought process or without any research. It includes a calculated way of a deep thought process. If your decision is not thoughtful, then it will eventually lead to a failure. Most of the people take random decisions and then impose the blame to others for their failure. While responsible persons take their decisions on their own risks and are ready to face their outcomes. Such persons are the one who truly know the worth of their lives. Others are just living their lives in a random manner. Normal people work for their own living, but successful and responsible people work not only for themselves but also to give opportunities for others to earn their living. They consider as their own duty to provide others opportunity to earn their livelihood. This is the basic difference between normal and responsible persons.

We have three choices regarding our mistakes

1. We can ignore them.
2. We can deny them.
3. We can accept them and can learn from these mistakes

The third option is very difficult to take. But the third step is the ultimate tool towards the success. If you take the third step, then no-one, literally no-one can stop you from achieving what you want.
