Importance of Hard Work in Success

Hard Work plays a veery crucial and important role in your way towards success. In fact, it can be said that Hard Work is the key element towards success.
Hard Work is not just anythingg, which one would get in his way by chance. The process of being success involves lots of struggle and failures. Without failure, No one can lead to success.

Success requires lots of preparation & good character. Everyone wants success, but how many of them are ready to pay the cost of that success? How many of them want to work hard for that success? And how many of them are ready to give time for the preparation of that success?

There is a very simple and basic rule of achieving success and that is Hard Work. Hard Work has no alternative. Success requires Discipline & Sacrifice. One who is ready for both, then no one can prevent him/her from achieving success.

As Henry Ford said,”More you work hard, More Luck favours you"

One can not learn to spell the words on just sitting in the dictionary. In the similar way, no one can increase his potential of doing work without hard work. If you want to enhance your skills, you need to work hard. We usually love the work done by the professionals because they have mastered the basic of what they are doing.

Those who know the value of success does not take its preparation lightly. Winners never get ashamed on their success beacuse they know how much they had worked hard to achieve that success. They are proud of their success. We only enjoy those things for which we actually work hard to achieve that commodity.

Responsibility

Individuals with good character accepts their responsibilities.They take their decisions on their own and give direction to their lives. They live their lives on their own conditions and desires. They do not allow anyone to influence their lives. They do not care what other people think about them. They are only dedicated towards their goals and ultimately they achieve what they are aiming at.
They accept their responsibilities. Though, it is very dangerous at some instances of time as they have to be answerable which would sometimes leads to be very problematic for them.
Most of the people want to be in their comfort zone. They do not want to push their limits and try for something new. They usually wait for something to happen, unlike the successful and responsible fellows, who keep on try something new, in order to achieve something. Such people never stop after achieving something.

Accepting Responsibilities does not simply mean to take any random decision without any thought process or without any research. It includes a calculated way of a deep thought process. If your decision is not thoughtful, then it will eventually lead to a failure. Most of the people take random decisions and then impose the blame to others for their failure. While responsible persons take their decisions on their own risks and are ready to face their outcomes. Such persons are the one who truly know the worth of their lives. Others are just living their lives in a random manner. Normal people work for their own living, but successful and responsible people work not only for themselves but also to give opportunities for others to earn their living. They consider as their own duty to provide others opportunity to earn their livelihood. This is the basic difference between normal and responsible persons.

We have three choices regarding our mistakes

1. We can ignore them.
2. We can deny them.
3. We can accept them and can learn from these mistakes

The third option is very difficult to take. But the third step is the ultimate tool towards the success. If you take the third step, then no-one, literally no-one can stop you from achieving what you want.

IMPORTANCE OF FOCUS

Focus plays a very important & crucial role in deciding whether we will succeed or not. To really understand the importance of focus in our success, we should be inspired by a gold miner. 

Now you are thinking about how a gold miner can inspire us & teach us the importance of focus towards our success.

When a gold miner starts digging in search of gold, he keeps on digging & removing the dirt from the mines, until he finds the gold. He did not pay any attention to the tonnes of dirt, soil & other debris he found in his way of searching the gold. He ignores all this, & keeps his focus only on the gold.

If he cares about the soil, rocks found, during his digging, he can not find find in his entire life.

The same thing applies to our life also, when we set any goal for our life, we should not care about the other unimportant things, we should only focus for on the goals, we are aiming at.

This will give us lots of inspiration which will eventually lead us towards our success.

JUST KEEP ONE THING IN MIND,  YOU ARE AIMING AT GOLD, NOT FOR THE DEBRIS AROUND IT.......

In today's nuclear world, our young generation does not believe in prolonged relationships. They somehow, feared with the long-lasting relationships. They are afraid of the responsibilities that are associated with the relationships. They believe in short lived relationships. That's why, they are more attracted towards the western culture of relationships, which they call as live-in relations.

After living for a short duration of time together, couples often broke up with each other giving very nonsense excuses like "I want some more time, space etc. " and many more...

They treated these relationships to be a game of fun for them.

They have become so much impatient that any small misunderstanding only results in break-up of their relations........

This is not helping them in any way.... It only makes them highly impatient. They have forgotten the true meaning of relations which is “to have trust & faith on each other, and facing all kinds of problems & hardships of lives together as one unit”. Trust & faith are two major pillars on which the relationships lives & nowadays they have become extinct.
